In October, two American stars are inviting themselves to Five Pizza Original. The pizzeria chain created by Haytam Boubtane in 2012 is offering two new recipes that draw on the North American culinary heritage, the burger and the hot dog.
La Pizza Burger
The idea of this pizza is to give the sensation of biting into a Smash burger! With its minced meat, red onions, fresh mozzarella, crunchy gherkins, and a drizzle of melted cheddar sauce delicately placed in the oven, the pizza burger has all the codes of the most famous American sandwich.
The Hot Dog Pizza
Heading to New York, the Hot Dog Pizza wants to take our customers to the pavements of the Big Apple. On a tomato and mustard sauce base, its crunchy beef sausage, fresh mozzarella, fried onions and drizzles of American mustard and post-cooked ketchup will delight the most fanatical of American hot dogs!
The two new recipesThese are sold for €7.90 in Medium and €13.50 in Large. They will be available for a short time during the month of October, and will then become a permanent fixture on the menu, if they are successful.
