A concept

In 2012, after more than 15 years of proven experience in different pizza concepts, a young entrepreneur came up with the original concept of "Pizza for all".

The first "PIZZA FIVE" was born, a name to designate the promise of a pizza for "5 euros", the primary objective of which is to allow everyone to eat properly with an excellent quality/price ratio

Follow-up throughout your franchisee journey

FIVE PIZZA ORIGINAL assists its franchisees in all the stages of their project, from the feasibility and location study to the opening of the restaurant and then throughout the duration of the franchise contract.

FIVE PIZZA ORIGINAL places great importance on the training of its future franchisees and their team before, during and after the opening of their restaurants.

An initial training of 4 to 6 weeks, structured in 2 phases:

  • Theoretical training at our training centre
  • Practical immersion training in our pilot restaurants


The theoretical phase is given according to the level on different modules:

  • Product, Service, Image Module
  • Kitchen module
  • Home Module
  • HACCP module
  • HR Module


The practical phase is delivered in full immersion in our pilot restaurants:

  • Home
  • Hygiene and Traceability
  • Stock management
  • Personal contribution: 80 K€.
  • Overall investment: 200 to 250 K€ (excluding land, excluding equipment)
  • Entry fee: 20K€ HT (initial training included)
  • Royalties: 4 + 2%
  • Contract duration: 10 years
  • Possible EBITDA: 10-15% of turnover excluding VAT
  • Training: 4 to 6 weeks
