FIVE PIZZA ORIGINAL places great importance on the training of its future franchisees and their team before, during and after the opening of their restaurants.
An initial training of 4 to 6 weeks, structured in 2 phases:
- Theoretical training at our training centre
- Practical immersion training in our pilot restaurants
The theoretical phase is given according to the level on different modules:
- Product, Service, Image Module
- Kitchen module
- Home Module
- HACCP module
- HR Module
The practical phase is delivered in full immersion in our pilot restaurants:
- Home
- Hygiene and Traceability
- Stock management
